Database Analyst	Germantown	Qualified candidates should have experience maintaining database dictionaries and ensuring system integration. Candidates must demonstrate a minimum of two years' experience in designing, implementing, and maintaining moderately complex databases. The individual may work with Database Administrators on complex projects. Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college in technical discipline or equivalent is required.
Helpdesk Specialist	Germantown	Qualified candidates should be able to identify and resolve problems, troubleshoot and provide advice to assist users. Individual may operate in a mainframe and/or microcomputer environment. Candidates must understand processes for Tier 0 — III Service Delivery Support. Three years experience of responding to inquiries and requests for assistance with the organization's computer systems, applications or PCs are required. Associates degree from an accredited university or college in technical discipline or equivalent is required. Oral and written communication skills are a must.
JR Project Accountant	Gaithersburg	Highland is looking for a Jr Project Accountant (the job description is attached). The person will report to Jeff Auchmoody, CFO, and will be stationed at HQ in Gaithersburg. Candidates should have advanced knowledge of Excel, including working with formulae. Accounting experience is a big plus, but recent college graduates will be considered, as well.

Candidates should be able to work with multiple hardware and software platforms at an intermediate level, administer and maintain COMSEC accounts and equipment. Candidates must demonstrate a minimum of three years' experience in installation, configuring, and maintaining an organization's LAN server and workstations.
