Highland Announced Christian Smith as VP of Operations

Highland Technology Services Inc.(Highland) announced Christian Smith has joined the firm as Vice President of Project Operations. Christian will oversee all the firm's programs and projects.

Christian has managed and executed IT programs in the Federal sector for more than 25 years. He has had oversight responsibility for high profile client projects throughout his career. In addition to having program management experience, Christian has managed all aspects of business development, including opportunity tracking, proposal development, and strategic partnership planning.

Previously, Christian has had progressed through increasingly demanding roles at major IT professional organization to include ManTech International, TechTeam Government Solutions, Verizon Business, and AT&T Government Solutions.

Christian earned a bachelor's degree in Information Technology and Economics from the University of Maryland, University of College in (College Park, MD). He also holds an associate degree in Law Enforcement from Northern Virginia Community College (Fairfax, VA).
